Spinach, roasted butternut squash, shaved red onion, toasted pepitas, cornbread croutons, crumbled black peppercorn feta, poblano vinaigrette

"Jambalaya” enchiladas
shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, creole jambalaya sauce

Banana pudding, gingersnap crumble, vanilla wafers

Justin Beckett

Chef Beckett believes in quality food and tradition. Food that evokes memories from your childhood and makes new memories that you hold on tight to. He has fond memories of being in the garden with one grandmother while being mesmerized in an Italian kitchen with his other grandmother. Southern Rail’s menu is deep with tradition and full of craveable dishes. Whether it’s Gumbo or Fried Chicken, a Classic Burger or a beautiful local salad, it’s the process and time spent in the kitchen developing the flavors that stands for who we are.
