Chef Richard, a local Arizonian, discovered his passion for food while taking a cooking class in his early teens. He expanded his culinary background at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and furthermore during travels to California and Texas where he learned their local cuisine. The excitement of the restaurant industry, in combination with his skills, drove him to seek a position as chef. Previously the chef at OHSO brewery, Arcadia, He now brings his talents to The Covenant.
