Anthony started cooking at an early age when he realized that his mother, a truly gifted cook, hated cooking. A brief stint as a Provost Scholar at ASU lead him to Scottsdale Culinary Institute where he would find his chosen career; an internship at Disney’s Victoria and Albert’s lead to a tour of South Florida Country Clubs before he came back west. Anthony has spent the last decade exploring the Phoenix culinary scene between multiple Starwood properties, Lon’s at the Hermosa and LGO Hospitality. He is now proud to hang his apron at the Mesa eatery Worth Takeaway where he is responsible for the weekend feature Banana Pudding flavors.
