Finestre Modern Gastronomy

After having a long distinguished career in public service, David finally retired as a firefighter here in Arizona and left for Italy to pursue his passion for cooking. After finishing culinary school in southern Italy, he went on to work at the Michelin stared restaurant Il Buco in Sorrento, Italy under Chef Giuseppe Aversa and at the 2 Michelin stared Don Alfonso 1890. While in Europe he also worked in London with Chef Giorgio Locatelli at his restaurant Locanda Locatelli.
